Our Nursery
A NATURAL HABITAT FOR PALMS
Palms can be viewed and selected at our palm nursery which is located only 3 hours drive north of Sydney. Because the climatic conditions of our palms' natural habitat is very similar to that of Sydney, our palms endure minimal shock when transplanting to the greater Sydney area. Our mature
Livistona australis and
Howea forsteriana palms are accustomed to enduring heat, frosts, and wind, and will not take long to adjust to their new surroundings, given the appropriate care.
All our mature
Livistona australis and
Howea forsteriana palms are containerized, hardened off to sun and wind and grown-on at our nursery.
Palm sizes available are 1m -15m clean trunk height.
Palms are transported with heads trimmed. The average size of a root ball is 900 x 900 x 800mm and wrapped in a plastic sleeve.
An average truck load is 6 - 8 palms.
